At Step2, we want you to love every stride you take in our footwear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to make your exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shoe box and include all tags. Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup through our logistics partner's website.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
